The Grail Vault Club keeps one list: the people who asked to hear when founding membership opens. This page says what that list holds and what we do with it.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
- Your email address.
- The tier you said you were interested in, if you chose one.
- Which form you used: the one at the top of the page, the one at the bottom, or the one that opens from a membership plan or the calculator.
- The country your request came from, as a two-letter code supplied by our hosting provider.
- The date and time you joined and, if you sign up again with the same address, the date and time of the most recent repeat.
What we do not keep
We do not keep your IP address or details about your browser or device. Our hosting provider uses your IP address while handling your request, including to limit repeated attempts, and it is not stored with your entry. The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
To email you when founding membership opens. We look at tier, form and country only in aggregate, to understand interest in each tier.
Where it is kept
In a database on Cloudflare’s network (Cloudflare D1). Cloudflare hosts this site and the database for us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your address. Cloudflare processes it only to host the site and the database. When founding membership opens, we will send our email through an email delivery service, and we will name that service on this page before the email is sent.
How long we keep it
For as long as the waitlist is needed, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
To have your entry deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, write to privacy@thegrailvaultclub.com and we will reply to confirm.
Changes to this page
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
